No, our stainless steel findings are highly resistant to fading and tarnishing. Is your stainless steel hypoallergenic?

Yes, our stainless steel is hypoallergenic. Stainless steel is a safe and hypoallergenic material, making it an excellent choice for those with sensitive skin or metal allergies. Will your gold plating findings fade or tarnish?

The short answer is not in the way you maybe thinking.  You can expect that the plating on our finds will last approximately 2 to 5 years depending on a number of factors. While gold-plated findings add a luxurious touch to your jewellery, it's important to note that gold plating can experience fading or tarnishing over time, especially with regular wear. The longevity of the gold plating depends on factors such as the thickness of the plating, type of plating, the wearer's lifestyle, and exposure to various elements. Please read our blog post written dedicated to this question for full information and how to care for your gold findings.

If your gold findings, gold filled or plated?

All our gold findings are 18K gold plated, not gold filled.

What is your processing time?

Most items that are listed will be process within 1-2 business days.  Some laser cut products and stamps may require 3-4 days processing as we may need to cut to order. But 90% of the time we have items already cut and ready to pack.

Can I change or add to my order after placing it?

Please contact us as quickly as possible regarding any changes, we will do our best to sort it out.  We can always refund postage costs and combine postage if you want to place another order, just contact us to organise this and to make sure your order hasn't been dispatched already.

I live in Brisbane, can I pick up my order?

The pick up suburb is Tarragindi, please contact to organise this.

My order hasn't arrived, can you help me with this?

Please read the information regarding shipping here first then contact us regarding your concern. 

Please note: if your item was purchased with standard parcel or express post, Australia post will deliver every day. However, if your item was placed with letter postage (tracked or untracked) Australia Post delivers every second day and this may slow down the process of your items arriving.  This has recently been introduced through Australia.

My tracked (letter or parcel) hasn't updated in 10 business days (Australian orders only), what should I do?

We would encourage you to open an investigation with Australia Post. You can call them on 13 76 78 or submit an enquiry online here. It can take 2+ business days for Australia Post to respond to enquiries.  Please let us know if Australia Post deems your order lost and we will work with you to get another order shipped asap.
