Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or a exchange, depending on the situation.
1. if the item was faulty or not in the condition as expected we will refund or replace the item.
2. if you change your mind, or purchased the wrong product eg wrong size/colour, we are happy to replace the item plus any price differences dependant on products being replaced. In this case return of items and shipping of correct item will be incurred by the buyer.
3. if the item has been used and the product has diminished due to usual wear and tear, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product, we are here to help and work towards a resolution.
Should a refund be agreed on, you can expect to receive your refund within the 10 business days of when the returned item is received by KMF Creative Supplies. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping
We ship internationally and domestically in Australia. All international orders will be tracked. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full gram.
We provide Free shipping if you purchase 4 or more items (only available to Australian customers). The postage option used for this offer is out tracked Letter postage. There are some items that are not included in this offer due to the size or weight limitations. This will be indicated on the product page.
We have provided untracked and tracked options to best suit Australian customer.
- untracked option is standard letter postage. Please Note: Australia post now only delivers every second day and therefore letter shipping may take longer to arrive.
- tracked options are standard tracked letter postage, express letter postage (only for stickers), standard parcel and express parcel postage
Please be aware that if you choose to ship your purchase without tracking, we will not be able to find the item if the item does not arrived as expected. The decision to choose shipping without tracking means you take full responsibility and knowledge of a possibility, although very small, that the item may go missing in transit without the ability for compensation of the lost purchase. Please be aware it is not the responsibility of the sellers. The option for no tracking postage is made available to provide cost effective means of purchase in our store. At times things can go missing whilst being handled by Australia Post.
If you would like the security of having any missing items replace please choose a tracked option. We will replace any items lost in transit for all items that are shipped using one of the tracked options.
Please feel free to contact us and communicate your situation, however, there is no guarantee that we will be able to replace the lost item that was purchased without tracking. We however do want to look after our customers, so please reach out and let us know your concerns

- No Tracking: letter postage for 1-3 items - $2.00
- Tracked letter postage for 1-3 items - $4.50
- Standard Parcel - $10.30 (with tracking)
- Express Parcel - $13.50 (with tracking)
- Express letter postage only for stickers - $9.00 (with tracking)
- Some items will have an over sized or weight based shipping cost that will be calculated at checkout.
